VRTSERVERS is specializing in dedicated server industry. VRTSERVERS uses Cisco equipment for BGP and switch core distribution. We use route science optimization to ensure that the data sent from your server goes through the least route path. We understand that uptime is very criticial for your business so we make sure that all servers are backed up by UPS and generators to ensure the 99.9% uptime guarantee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Policies:

Vrtservers.net Communication provides a general policy to act as a neutral provider, Vrtservers.net Communication reserves the right to terminate customer's account when the account is used inappropriately.

Client may not do the following rules:

1. Denial Of Service Attack, Hack, and any other scanning tools that cause harm to others.
2. Child pornography.
3. Email spam/bombing/opt-in.
4. Fraud activity/Credit card trading.
5. Harassment.
6. Making copy of unauthorized software.
7. Distribution of viruses.

Any compromised server in our network will be disconnected immediately and a notification will be sent to the customer. If customer does not respond within 24 hours, its server will be taken offline from our network. Customer can not use any IP address that is not assigned by Vrtservers.net. Violation will caused a server disconnected from the network until appropriate action is taken.

Zero spam tolerance:

All spammers will be terminated from our network without any refund. Spammers will be fine in the amount of $50.00 per server.

IRC:

We do not allow IRC on our network.

Billing:

All payment to Vrtservers.net are non-refundable. Customer will be billed 3-7 days before the due date. If customer fail to pay on the due date, its service will be disconnected. There will be a charge of $30.00 to reconnect the service. Cancellation must be made 8 days before the due date.

Indemnifation:

Customer will indemnify and save harmless Vrtservers.net and its members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from and against all damages, losses, costs and expenses (including actual legal fees and costs), fines and liabilities incurred by or awarded, asserted or claimed against Vrtservers.net or any of its members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and representatives in connection with Reseller's negligence, activities or omissions, or breaches of its obligations under this agreement, including claims brought by a person using or relying upon any advice given or publication produced and distributed by Reseller.
